Job Purpose / Executive Summery
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guiding and ushering clients and visitors;
- Registering, issuing and maintaining visitors passes;
- Renewing and updating visitors passes;
- Keeping records and data of visits;
- Making follow up of enquiries;
- Receiving and directing telephone calls; and
- Coordinating reception activities.
