Job Purpose / Executive Summery
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Network design and implementation
- Standardize End User Computing platform
- Monitor actual service performance relative to expected performance contained in the service charter
- Manage internal system configurations or enhancements
- Work with business units to test and approve software changes including custom reporting
- Coordinate support to ensure at least 99% network availability in all connected regional offices
- Coordinate Development of networking equipment standards
- Coordinate and participate in documentation and continuous review of operational procedures and policies.
- Establish and maintain an effective and fully functional enterprise wide antivirus and malware prevention system
- Coordinate delivery of outsourced services
- Identify opportunities for innovation and manage the deployment of innovative solutions as outlined in the strategy
- Develop an Internal ICT Security review and audit cycle
- Coordinate information security system design and implementation
- Deploy Identity Management, Parameter Security and Network Intrusion Detection System for KeRRA
