Job Purpose / Executive Summery

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of memoranda for the Human Resource Management Advisory Committee (HRMAC) and implementation of decisions thereof;
  • Updating the HR information systems data;
  • Participating in undertaking training needs analysis, projections and developing training programmes;
  • Assisting in developing training materials for in-house courses;
  • Collecting information relating to recruitment and selection, appointments, training, performance management, records and staff compliment control;
  • Coordinating programmes on HIV/Aids Prevention, gender, disability mainstreaming, Alcohol, Drug and Substance Abuse, Occupational, Safety and Health Act.

3 Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution. Mandatory
