Job Purpose / Executive Summery

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting memos, letters and reports;
  • Write and test simple computer programs according to instructions and specifications;
  • Maintain up to date equipment register.
  • Verify, enhance and testing simple computer programs according to instructions and specifications;
  • Installation and configuration computer systems;
  • Provide user support;
  • Repair and maintain ICT equipment and associated peripherals;
  • Monitor the performance of ICT equipment;
  • Provide user support for applications & systems;
  • Maintenance of an up-to-date ICT equipment and issuance register;
  • Maintenance of Local Area Network components;
  • Provide support to users to enable effective and efficient use of ICT facilities; and
  • Maintain the Authority’s website.
