Job Purpose / Executive Summery

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Legal research;
  • Attend court;
  • Draft legal opinions;
  • Ensure proper filing of legal documents;
  • Assist in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance;
  • Assist in drafting of contracts, leases and other documents; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Vacancy Requirements:

1 Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution; Mandatory
2 Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Council of Legal Education; Mandatory
3 Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya; (iv)Certificate in computer applications; Mandatory
4 Satisfy the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. Mandatory
